Wychwood Brewery Limited's Terms and Conditions are as follows

Security

All orders are processed on secure servers using the latest encryption techniques.

The shopping cart technology used on this site requires that javascript is enabled in your web browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox etc). Some browser security settings may disable javascript as a security measure - this is not necessary when using this site and will prevent your use of the shopping cart. Security settings are user-adjustable - any changes made are at your discretion and Wychwood Brewery cannot accept any responsibility for the consequences of any changes you may make to your browser security settings.

Guarantee

We guarantee that if, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order and return goods within 14 days, we will exchange or offer a complete refund; your statutory rights are not affected. All orders are subject to availability. We aim to despatch orders within 28 days.

Refunds & Returns

If for any reason the goods are faulty, we will replace them, or refund the price you paid for the goods, plus refund your postage costs if you return them to us.  If you return the goods for any other reason, we will replace them, or refund the price you paid for the goods, as long as they are returned at your own cost in perfect condition within 14 days of receipt.

Sale Items

Special offers and other discounts cannot be combined. Sale items are excluded from all other Wychwood offers, but are otherwise covered under our Refunds & Returns policy.
