QUANTITIES

Should you wish to alter the quantity of a product in your basket, Alter the number in the "quantity box", then click on any blanc areas of the page. The quantities should be altered.

MINIMUM ORDERS

UK ORDERS :- Minimum goods value £30.00. OVERSEAS ORDERS :- Minimum goods value £50.00

DELIVERY COMPANY
We currently use FEDX.
USUAL DELIVERY DAYS
We deliver on Tuesdays, Wednesdays , Thursdays and Fridays. The vast majority of our parcels are delivered on the due day, but if a delay occurs our carriers guarantee a delivery on the following day.

USUAL DELIVERY TIMES
Our carriers deliver between 9.00am and 5.00pm. Please contact us if this is not convenient. 
EXPRESS  AM DELIVERY
Express UK delivery by 12 Noon Available at an extra cost

OTHER DELIVERY ARRANGEMENTS
We have a range of services available to you if the above are not adequate, these include delivery prior to 9am and 10am we can also arrange delivery on a Saturday. Please be aware that these services are expensive. Please contact us on 01667 451051 for further information or to upgrade your delivery after placing an order.
DELIVERIES TO A THIRD PARTY OR AN ALTERNATIVE ADDRESS
Please arrange for the recipient, or their representative, to be at the delivery address to accept the parcel on the date that you have specified. If the recipient cannot be in, further instructions can be left for the carriers, e.g. deliver next door or leave in garage etc. If there is no one to sign for the parcel, and no instructions are left, a card will be left by the carriers explaining what they will do next. They may attempt a delivery the following day or leave information about the nearest point where the parcel may be collected.
